Welcome to EuroNode Hosting. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any of our services.

EuroNode Hosting provides web hosting, VPS hosting, game server hosting, and related infrastructure services. All services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay invoices by their due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. VPS services, custom configurations, domains, and dedicated resources are generally non-refundable.

Customers may not use our services for illegal activities, malware distribution, phishing, spam, DDoS attacks, copyright infringement, or any activity that negatively impacts other customers.

While EuroNode Hosting may provide backup services, customers remain responsible for maintaining their own backups. We do not guarantee data recovery.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, hardware failures, network issues, or force majeure events.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these Terms & Conditions or pose a risk to our infrastructure or other customers.

EuroNode Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
